President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in agreement with the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, dismissed Gylychmyrat Hallyev from the post of chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan in connection with his transfer to another job.
Signing a corresponding decree at a meeting of the State Security Council today, the head of state thanked G. Hallyev, who has the 2nd qualification class, for his professional work and awarded him the honorary title "Honored Lawyer of Turkmenistan".
Ussanepesov Guvanchmyrat Atamyradovich was appointed the new chairman of the Supreme Court of Turkmenistan, who was awarded the 2nd qualification class, the Vatan news program of the Turkmen television reported.
