President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has sent a letter to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in which he assessed the work of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) and invited the Turkmen leader to take part in the ECO Leaders Summit on the theme “Economic Cooperation in the Post-COVID-19 Period” to be held online on March 4.
It “will provide an opportunity to discuss events of 2020 in the context of the global COVID-19 pandemic and the upcoming work on economic recovery in the post-pandemic period,” the Turkish President wrote.
At the end of the letter, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan wished health and happiness to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, and well-being and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan.
