With the projects of further improvement of the social infrastructure of Ashgabat today the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov got familiarized during a working trip to the capital, the information program “Watan” of Turkmen television reported.
Vice - Premier Charymyrat Purchekov, who oversees Ashgabat city, reported to President of Turkmenistan on peculiarities of presented projects, objects, which are supposed to be built on the territory of the capital.
Including proposed plans on renovation of the Main Flag Square in the southern part of the city, a number of designs and schemes for the improvement and expansion of the adjacent territory.
The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers also reported on the work carried out at the monument of Mahtumkuli Fragi, installed on a hill in the southern part of the city, in the foothills of Kopetdag, on the fulfillment of the relevant instructions given by the head of state.
As it was reported, modern building materials and high-quality marble tiles were used in the construction of the monument and the arrangement of the adjacent territory.
At the same time, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers informed the Head of state about the location of the park on the western side of Bitarap Turkmenistan avenue, as well as about the proposed facilities. Building of the modern social facilities and along the capital’s Gurbansoltan Eje avenue.
At the same time housing with a high level of comfort is planned to be built on the site of demolished old wooden houses.Here for consideration of the head of state designs of residential buildings which are supposed to be erected alnog Mati Kosaev street, were presented.
Besides, it was reported regarding the building on the territory of the capital of collection and drainage networks to reduce the level of groundwater, sewage drainage and stormwater flows.
In this regard, the head of state was shown the projects of the relevant facilities.
After reviewing the presented projects, the President of Turkmenistan focused on the need for their compliance with the spirit of the times and the rapid development of the capital.
“New buildings should compose a single architectural ensemble with already existing buildings, meanwhile an important requirement is the provision of high quality of works”, said Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
In such context the head of state noted that it is necessary to attach great importance to the finishing of objects under construction, addressing in this regard specific instruction to the relevant supervisors.
Then the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers N.Amannepesov reported on planned to be built in the capital some objects of medical purpose, in particular, the International Center of Pediatrics for 160 places and Dental
Centre where will be executed prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the oral cavity, and the International Science and Clinical Centre of Oncology for 500 places.
Noting that during the preparation of projects of this profile should be guided by best practices, and the medical facilities under construction should be of high quality construction and meet all modern indicators, the Head of State stressed the need to make every effort to successfully solve the tasks.
As the Head of state noted, all stages of the work carried out in this direction should be kept under strict control.
Moreover, the use of advanced technologies and high-quality building materials in the construction of facilities is a compulsory requirement.
“A balance between urban and natural landscapes, the formation of green zones are important factors in ensuring the ecological wellbeing of the capital, optimal conditions for living and proper rest for people.
Therefore, it is necessary to approach these issues responsibly, on a comprehensive basis, including perpetuating personalities who have left an indelible mark on national history”, the head of Turkmenistan said, giving corresponding instructions to the relative supervisors.
