Political consultations between Turkmenistan and Turkey were held in Ankara

Political consultations was held in Ankara between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Republic of Turkey. The Turkmen delegation was headed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov, and the Turkish delegation by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, reports the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry.

During the meeting, the parties noted the high level of interstate relations, which are dynamically developing thanks to the efforts of the leaders of the two countries.Issues of further development of political and diplomatic ties, expansion of inter-parliamentary cooperation and strengthening of the legal framework were discussed.

Particular attention was paid to planned visits and meetings this year.
