Petroleum Coke, ECO-5 Diesel Prices Fall in Turkmen Commodity Exchange

Prices for petroleum coke and diesel have been reduced at the at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) based on a proposal from the seller on Saturday.

The seller, Türkmennebit (State Concern), proposed discounts for the petroleum coke and calcined petroleum coke. Specifically, the price of a ton of petroleum coke has been decreased from $685 to $600, while the price of a ton of calcined petroleum coke has been reduced from $1,020 to $900.

The volume of petroleum coke and calcined petroleum coke available for purchase at the SCRMET is 5 thousand tons and is 3 thousand tons respectively. These products are produced at the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries.

For ECO-5 hydrotreated diesel fuel (grade-ABC), the price was discounted by $60 according to the Platts price formula FOB Italy line ULSD 10ppm with a premium of $201. The lower limit for a ton of the product is $300.

The loading point for ECO-5 diesel is the Kenar Oil Storage and Loading Enterprise of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries. The total volume of available products on the exchange is 5 thousand tons.

Transactions at the exchange are conducted with advance payment, and the products are dispatched under Incoterms FCA.
