The International Forum on attracting foreign investment in the energy sector of Turkmenistan will be held on April 24-25, 2024, in Paris, France.
According to the forum organisers, the event's primary objective is to enhance the appeal of foreign direct investment in Turkmenistan's energy sector. Additionally, the forum aims to foster regional dialogue to support future sustainable development of the energy sector.
The event will primarily explore the potential for cooperation in oil and gas production, transportation, and refining.
The forum will be attended by leading national and international energy companies and experts who determine the future of the oil and gas industry in Turkmenistan and the region.
The event was organised by the State Concerns Turkmengaz (Turkmen Gas), Turkmennebit (Turkmen Oil), State Corporation Turkmengeologiya (Turkmen Geology) in cooperation with the Turkmen Forum and the British company GaffneyCline.
