Correspondents of “Chronicles of Turkmenistan” observe that an increasing number of people cannot afford to buy the medications they need trying to do without them as long as possible.
Residents search for life-saving medications through friends or at announcement boards. Those who are not using all medications in a package, sell the leftovers. One can often come across the announcements where medications are sold at a cheaper price than in the pharmacy or even pro bono to help those who cannot afford to buy them at a full price.
