On International Day of Persons with Disabilities in Ashgabat, an inclusive creative action was held

The public organization “Yenme” held an inclusive creative action in Ashgabat in honor of the International Day of Disabled.

The event was held in the Turkish Cultural Center with the support of UNODC, USAID and Turkish embassies in Turkmenistan.

Within the framework of the action, a photo exhibition and a book fair were organized, a demonstration of the Mute short film about the achievements of youth with various forms of disability was held. Musical performances with the participation of artists Meryem Tekyaeva, Azat Sesh, Azy Singer were also held. The competition “Staircase up” invited children with disabilities.

And very important in this creative action was the performance of children with disabilities, where they were able to realize their abilities and talents, reports sng.today.

All participants in the action received gifts, including “Ish Nokady”, said that she would provide children with disabilities with free training at IT courses.
