New Residential Complex Planned For Guvlymayak Settlement In Balkan Province

During a Cabinet of Ministers meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Baymyrat Annamamedov informed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov of the progress of preparations for the construction of the Kiyanly residential complex. The project will be located in the Guvlymayak settlement of the Turkmenbashi district in the Balkan province.

Baymyrat Annamamedov, who oversees energy, construction, and industry, provided the report to Serdar Berdimuhamedov, indicating that the complex is ready to commence construction.

Kiyanly residential complex, authorized by the Head of State, will consist of four-story houses accommodating 472 families.The complex will also feature a secondary school with a capacity of 320 students, a kindergarten with space for 120 children, and a shopping and entertainment centre, Turkmenistan's official media reports.

The implementation of this project is being carried out by the corresponding Decree addressed by the Head of State.

In addition, during the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree on the construction of a new modern power plant in the territory of Turkmenbashi district of Balkan province, sent the document by digital system to the Deputy Prime Minister and addressed several specific instructions.

The government meeting addressed the current tasks of socio-economic development in the country and reviewed several relevant documents.
