A ceremony to inaugurate the new private enterprise Gök Saraý, which focuses on cotton yarn production, took place in the suburbs of Anau, within the Magtymguly agricultural association of the Ahal velayat.
The event saw participation from members of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, local administration leaders, representatives of the business community, and public organizations, as reported by the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan on Saturday.
The new factory, with a capacity to process up to 5,000 tons of raw materials annually, marks an important step in implementing the state program for the socio-economic development of the country. The facility will produce 4,250 tons of various types of cotton yarn, with plans for future expansion to include blended fiber yarns.
Young entrepreneurs and employees of the enterprise expressed gratitude to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, for creating favorable conditions for business development in the country and for their support and attention to entrepreneurial initiatives.
The project will result in the creation of 350 new jobs for young people.
The Gök Saraý project serves as a shining example of the successful implementation of policies to support private business, introduce innovative technologies, and create modern manufacturing facilities.
