Netflix plans to release over 30 new Korean movies this year

Netflix will release 34 new South Korean movies and series this year, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The popularity of South Korean cinema is growing every year, in 2022 alone, up to 60% of the total number of Netflix subscribers around the world watched the products of the Korean film industry.

In 2023, the horror series “Sweet home” and the drama “Deserter hunter”, the sequel to the thriller “Glory”, as well as 11 more new romance stories, dramas, zombie horror and reality shows, will appear on Netflix in 2023.
