During her visit to Turkmenistan, the head of the Austrian-Turkmen Society Neda Berger visited the office of the online publication Turkmenportal in Ashgabat. The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where the parties noted the effectiveness of the Society’s activities and discussed current and future areas of cooperation.

Neda Berger was met by representatives of the editorial board of Turkmenportal, who expressed gratitude for many years of fruitful cooperation. Particular attention was paid to the importance of holding the VI Vienna Ball in the city of Arkadag, which was held along with the ceremonial events in honor of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great poet Magtymguly Fragi.

This ball became a vivid symbol of active Turkmen-Austrian creative interaction and cultural exchange.Neda Berger noted the high level of organization of the event and expressed hope for the continuation of such initiatives in the future.

During the meeting, Neda Berger awarded the Turkmenportal online publication with a certificate for timely coverage of news and materials. It is worth noting that Turkmenportal and the Austrian-Turkmen Society have been cooperating for many years.Since May 19 of this year, the parties have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, which provides for the further development of partnership relations.
