Natural Gas Output of Turkmenistan’s Lebapgazçykaryş Exceeds 11 bcm

Lebapgazçykaryş Management of Türkmengaz State Concern, the national natural gas company of Turkmenistan, produced more than 11 billion cubic meters of natural gas in January-November of 2022.

The Management, operating in the country’s eastern province of Lebap, has successfully fulfilled the annual production plan two months earlier, in October, the country’s official media reported on Thursday.

During the period, Lebapgazçykaryş delivered via Malay-Bagtyyarlyk gas pipeline more than 6.75 bcm of natural gas to its customers. Most of this natural gas produced in the Uchajy and Malay deposits is shipped to China via Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan-Kazakhstan-China pipeline, according to the report.

During the 11-month period, the Management also produced more than 41 thousand tons of gas condensate, which is a raw material for the Seydi Oil Refinery.
