Turkmenistan is ready to provide the necessary assistance to Iran in connection with the “hard landing” of the helicopter of the President of the Islamic Republic Ebrahim Raisi in the province of East Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan reported this.
On May 19, a helicopter carrying the President of Iran made a hard landing in the Iranian province of East Azerbaijan. Also on board were Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic Hossein Amir Abdollahian and several other Iranian officials, TASS writes.
According to Iranian media reports, search teams have found the aircraft and are heading to the suspected crash site.
