The Turkmen-Afghan border checkpoints continue interrupted work and cargo is transported in a regular mode through them. This was announced today by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
“Currently, more than 70 railway wagons and about 160 freight vehicles are allowed through “Ymamnazar Aqina” and “Serhetabad Torghundi” check-points every day.” The MFA press service reports.
The main part of cargo passed through the state border is made up of oil products, liquefied gas, grain and everyday goods.
At the same time, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan emphasizes that the Afghan side has reduced customs tariffs for exported goods to Afghanistan.
