Medical University of Turkmenistan accepted into membership of the Association of Asian Universities

Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan has been officially elected as a new member of the Association of Asian Universities. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

The membership election procedure was held at the VI Congress of the Association of Asian Universities. The corresponding certificate of membership in the Association was personally presented to representatives of the Turkmen university.

Thus, the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan became the first higher education institution in the country to join the Association of Asian Universities, the source notes.

The event was held on October 4 within the framework of the VI International Educational Forum “ALTAI-ASIA 2024”: “Eurasian Educational Space - New Challenges and Best Practices” in the city of Belokurikha, Altai Krai, Russian Federation.
