Last Week of 2023: SCRMET Export Transactions Exceed $25.1 Million

The total amount of transactions at the trades of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) for the last week of 2023 amounted to $25.1 million, the press service of the SCRMET reported on Monday.

Business circles from the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, the Kyrgyz Republic, Afghanistan and Russia purchased aviation paraffin produced by the Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern and urea B produced by the Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern.

Enterprises of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan sold various textile products for foreign currency.

Local entrepreneurs purchased oil bitumen, Turkmen handmade carpets and various textile products for the domestic market for more than 11.5 million manats.
