71-year-old specialist from Turkmenistan Kurban Berdyev took the position of adviser to the president of the Makhachkala football club Dynamo. This was reported by the club's press service.
Previously, from July 2023 to February 2024, Berdyev served as head coach of Dynamo. The president of the club is Gadzhi Gadzhiev.
The press release notes that recently the president of Dynamo Gadzhi Gadzhiev and Kurban Berdyev met with the head of Dagestan Sergei Melikov.Melikov invited Kurban Berdyev to a meeting of the club’s board of trustees, which will take place at the end of April, and Berdyev, as an adviser to the president of Dynamo, received this is an invitation.
In the Russian First League standings, Dynamo is in third place, gaining 44 points in 25 matches. The Makhachkala residents are only one point behind the zone of direct entry into the RPL.
