Kökçi Exports Nearly 25,000 Batteries

In the era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, domestic entrepreneurs contribute significantly to strengthening the economic power of our Homeland by producing high-quality products for various sectors of the national economy.

Established in 2016, the enterprise Kökçi, in close cooperation with the Turkmenabat Chemical Plant, became the first in the country to set up production of automotive batteries, the official media of Turkmenistan reports.

The enterprise, with branches operating in all regions of Turkmenistan, produces 16 types of batteries ranging from 42/12 to 225/12 volts under the trademarks TM Power, Ýyldyrym, Farwaý, Akum, and Kuwwat, intended for passenger cars, trucks, and agricultural machinery.

Last year, the company produced 76,680 batteries, of which 24,784 were exported. In the first six months of this year, they manufactured 41,900 batteries, with 18,550 exported to Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Italy. Production growth rates reached 110%.

The enterprise is equipped with high-tech equipment from global manufacturers, ensuring the high quality of the products. The use of expired batteries and plastic waste as raw materials reduces production costs.

Notably, in the current agricultural year, the agricultural machinery of regional production associations was supplied with batteries produced by Kökçi, contributing to the successful fulfillment of grain delivery contractual obligations by the country's farmers.
