The forum will consist of a grand opening, a plenary session, discussion sessions and presentations. One of the key topics will be the development of the North-South International Transport Corridor, which links Russia with Iran, India and other Asian states.

The winners of the international competition of journalistic works "Caspian without borders" will also be awarded at the forum.
