Iran lifts restrictions on all flights

The Iranian Civil Aviation Organization (CAIO) Mir-Akbar Razavi announced the lifting of bans on air travel for passengers flying from all countries to Iran, informs IRNA.

The decision was made during a meeting of Iran’s National Task Force to Combat COVID-19, said Razavi.

At the same time he noted, that in order to have an opportunity to enter Iran, it is necessary only to receive two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine and have a negative PCR-test for all travelers over 12 years old.

The PCR-test must be done by the passenger within 72 hours before departure to Iran, and at least 14 days must have passed since the last vaccination, notes the source.
