Iran is ready to export goods needed in energy and construction to Turkmenistan

During his visit to Turkmenistan, Iranian Deputy Foreign Ministry for Economic Diplomacy met with Charymyrat Purchekov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers for Construction and Energy.

During the talks, the parties discussed the intensification of cooperation between Tehran and Ashgabat in areas of mutual interest, reports Tehran times.

Safari emphasized that Iran is ready to export to Turkmenistan goods necessary for the construction sector, and also technical know-how for the energy industry. According to him, Iranian companies can provide maintenance services for power plants in Turkmenistan.

At the end of the conversation, Purchekov welcomed Safari's proposals and noted the necessity of expanding cooperation between the two countries in the designated sectors.
