ALL TENDERS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE AMERICAN EMBASSY NOT LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 11, 2023, BY 4:30PM. TENDERS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE AND TIME WILL BE REJECTED WITHOUT FURTHER CONSIDERATION.

Site Visit and Conference

There will be a site visit and a conference that will allow interested parties the opportunity to present menu options, taste testings, pose any questions they may have specific to the Invitation for Tenders and to view the site where the services are to be provided.

This visit and conference will be held on September 4, 2023, at 10:30 a.m..Please notify the above individual by August 31, 2023.
