Invest in people: training for entrepreneurs from the EBRD

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) together with the Women in Business Community invites entrepreneurs and managers to a training. The event entitled “Attitude to employees is the basis of a successful business!” will take place on October 18 in the “Ish Nokady” coworking center in the “Arkach” shopping and entertainment center.

The training is designed for entrepreneurs and business leaders who want to optimize their business processes and improve the efficiency of personnel management.

Particular attention will be paid to attracting and retaining talented employees, including representatives of Generation Z.

The training will be led by Valentina Grigorieva, MBA, SMS® an experienced consultant from Kazakhstan with 20 years of international experience. Participants will have the opportunity not only to study theoretical aspects, but also to apply new knowledge in practice by developing individual development plans for their companies.

The training program includes an introduction to advanced HR management techniques, self-assessment of management competencies, and an exchange of experience between participants.

The organizers emphasize that the number of places is limited - only 30 people will be able to participate. The cost of participation in the training is 600 manat.
