The International Sambo Federation (FIAS) will hold an online training session for fans of this type of martial arts on January 23. It will be based on the Complex Core system, which means an integrated approach to training using the knowledge of sports medicine and physiotherapy. This takes into account the level, age and needs of the athletes.
This webinar is an opportunity for sambo wrestlers to enhance their knowledge in the field of injury prevention and improving their performance in the future. According to the FIAS leadership, the federation aims to create a safe environment in the sports field.
Those wishing to take part in the online training have to complete the registration form by January 20.
