On May 12-13, 2021, Ashgabat will host an International Forum on attracting investments in the oil-and-gas sector of Turkmenistan, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the country’s independence.
The organizers are the Turkmengaz and Turkmennebit State Concerns, the Turkmengeologiya State Corporation, as well as the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan in partnership with the Turkmen Forum BA under the auspices of the GaffneyCline British company.
The event will be held both in the traditional format and online mode. This approach will also be used to organize meetings with the leadership of the oil and gas sector of Turkmenistan on the sidelines of forums.
The main topics for discussion will be global and regional development trends of the fuel and energy sector, the implementation of regional projects in this area, including the TAPI gas pipeline construction. Special attention will be paid to attracting investments in the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea and the prospects for gas and chemical projects.
In the course of the forum, presentations and panel sessions have been planned to exchange experience and inform participants about the status of key projects that are currently being implemented in the oil and gas sector of Turkmenistan with the participation of heads and representatives of state structures of Turkmenistan, leading oil and gas companies of the world, major international organizations and financial institutions.
