EmbryRiddle Aeronautical University, Florida, the world’s largest and oldest university focused on aviation and aerospace programs, inaugurated a student union building that resembles an expressive bird.
The project was awarded The Best Student Design-Build Projects Worldwide 2018 in the United States by ArchDaily.
A four-story, 16,000 m2 student union building is an aeronautical athenaeum combining social learning spaces, offices, several recreation areas, as well as dining,
The top floor houses the university library that can accommodate up to 900 visitors.

The complex of the new Ashgabat Airport, which has a unique design and is the “visiting card” of the capital, is also resembles a bird: a falcon-lachin in flight.
The Ashgabat Airport building not only received a number of international prizes, but was also included in the Guinness Book of Records for the largest architectural image of Turkmen gels.
Ashgabat International Airport, which opened in 2016, is a modern terminal with modernized infrastructure facilities for the convenience and safety of passengers and it will again be able to serve more than 14 million passenger flow per year after the epidemiological situation in the world improves.
