Today, in the festively decorated hall of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry a New Year celebration took place during which gifts were presented to the pupils of the Orphaned children’s Palace on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, reports the news program “Vatan” of the Turkmen television.
To congratulate children with the most cheerful holiday of the year arrived the representatives of ministries and agencies, public organizations of the country.
Among the guests were also popular musicians and artists. Together with children, they joyfully welcomed favorite fairytale characters among which were the kind wizard Ayaz baba and Garpamyk.
The festive mood of the audience was multiplied by the performances of choreographic ensembles, pop singers and masters of circus art.
Happy children dressed up in bright carnival costumes led friendly dances around a beautiful Christmas tree decorated with colorful toys and sparkling lights, sang New Year's songs and told poems.
