In Turkmenistan, a number of JSCs will be transferred to the jurisdiction of the State Association of Food Industry

A number of joint stock companies in Turkmenistan will be transferred to the jurisdiction of the State Association of Food Industry, created in February of this year, to improve the supply of quality food products to the population.

Deputy Prime Minister Hojamyrat Geldimyradov reported on the relevant measures at the Government meeting, TDH reports.

On the basis of the designated joint-stock companies, it is planned to create factories for the production of dairy products and butter, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov outlined the need to improve the activities of joint-stock companies to promote the growth of production of high-quality food products and addressed a number of specific instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister.
