In the residential area, Mir-7 is preparing to open a major shopping center

The construction of the Bereketli shopping center, which is located on an area of more than twenty thousand square meters in the center of the Mir-7 residential area, is over. The project was implemented by the individual enterprise "Belent Jai" commissioned by the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

This year more than 280 stores will open here - retail outlets for the sale of industrial and food products, pavilions specializing in the meat sale, dairy, fish and other products. In addition to trading halls, there will be a cafe, as well as a universal store of the well-known brand "Hulk Market" in the country.

The new shopping center features a well-thought-out functional zoning.All stores located along its perimeter on the first and second floors are combined into six blocks, between, which are wide passages.

In the center of the covered square are shopping arcades for retail vegetables and fruits trade.Stairs, escalators and elevators can access the shopping galleries of the first and second floors.

The optimal temperature regime will be maintained by a centralized air conditioning and heating system, and a stable power supply by a transformer substation.Near the center, there will be a parking for 300 cars.

The new shopping center will complement the developing social and leisure infrastructure of a large residential area in the southeast of the capital. Several secondary schools, kindergartens, health centers, shops, cafes, consumer services, communication points, roads, entrance halls to residential buildings, pedestrian paths, thousands of trees and bushes have been built here.
