In Tajikistan, civil servants must learn several foreign languages in a year

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon instructed all officials of the country to master several foreign languages at a high level within a year. This was reported by “MIR 24” with reference to the press service of the President of the Republic.

The head of state emphasized that proficiency in the Tajik language at a high level is an important task for every civil servant, and knowledge of two more foreign languages at a similar level is a necessary condition for effective work.
