In Shanghai, a polite’ thief left a note with safety tips

In Shanghai, a burglar broke into an office and left a note recommending increased security. This is reported by pravilamag.ru with reference to the South China Morning Post.

Having entered the office through a window, a man surnamed Sang took only a wristwatch and an Apple MacBook laptop. He left the remaining gadgets mobile phones and laptops on the table, accompanied by an open notebook.

With the help of CCTV cameras, Sang was found and detained on a train leaving Shanghai. He also had stolen gadgets with him.

The robber’s unusual act caused a strong reaction on Chinese social networks. Many users called him “kind”, “honest” and even “too cocky” for a thief.
