The world's largest cake-pop was prepared by culinary bloggers Nick DiGiovanni (USA) and Lynn Davis (Japan). Cake on a stick, weighing more than 44 kilograms, entered the Guinness Book of Records. To create such an unusual dessert, bloggers met in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
The cake-pop giant took 32 packages of cake mix, several dozen eggs, about three kilograms of vegetable oil, 16 blocks of cream cheese, ten kilograms of powdered sugar, two large packages of butter, about five kilograms of colored sprinkles, almost seven liters of water to prepare the cake-pop giant, 16 tablespoons of vanilla extract and meringue powder.
cake-pops, whose circumference reached 128,9 centimeters, were planted on a “stick” 82,82 centimeters long.
After the giant dessert was prepared and entered in the Guinness Book of Records, bloggers distributed the cake to friends and relatives, health workers and the sports team, and also kept a portion in the freezer, announced mir24.tv.
