Shokhrat Amangeldiev, who previously held the post of head of Turkmenistan’s Kaka district, has been appointed head of the Ahal province of the country, according to a decree of Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
Deputy head of the district, Arman Gurbanov, has been appointed acting head of the Kaka district of the Ahal province.
