Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the Chairman of Halk Maslakhaty chamber of Turkmen bicameral parliament Milli Gengesh, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, made a working trip to Mary province on Saturday, the country’s official media reports.
The Halk Maslakhaty Chairman inquired about the well-being of young patients undergoing treatment at the provincial hospital, and talked to their parents. Berdimuhamedov also handed over the Savina 300 ventilator manufactured by Drager company and purchased by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Fund for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship to the hospital staff.
Then Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part in the opening ceremony of a 4-storey, 48-apartment apartment building designed for people with disabilities in the center of Sakarchage etrap. The construction of the apartment building was financed by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Fund for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship
Within the framework of his visit to Mary province, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also met with students and professors of the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan and visited the Gurbanguly Hajji Mosque in Mary.
