Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov thanked Neda Berger for developing Turkmen-Austrian relations

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with the head of the Austrian-Turkmen Society Neda Berger, who arrived in Turkmenistan to participate in important events. This was reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed gratitude for her significant contribution to the development of cultural and humanitarian ties between Turkmenistan and Austria.

Neda Berger noted the successful holding of the VI Vienna Ball in the city of Arkadag, emphasizing its significance in the year of the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great poet and thinker Magtymguly Fragi.

She expressed sincere gratitude to the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, as well as to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for their support in organizing this significant event, which has become a symbol of cultural exchange between the two countries.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in turn, highly appreciated her efforts to strengthen friendship and cooperation between Turkmenistan and Austria. He noted that the creative work of the Austrian-Turkmen Society is an example of effective cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian sphere and contributes to the rapprochement of the peoples of the two countries.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people also stressed the importance of further strengthening bilateral ties in the fields of culture, art and media.

During the meeting, the prospects for developing partnership in the fields of science, education, healthcare, physical education and sports were discussed. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that Neda Berger's visit would be an important step in expanding bilateral relations and strengthening cultural ties between Turkmenistan and Austria.

At the end of the meeting, the National Leader of the Turkmen people wished Ms. Neda Berger good health, well-being and great success in her responsible work.
