Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of the Turkmen Parliament Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met with the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, reports TASS.
He also reminded that Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was recently in Moscow. “An inter-parliamentary commission has been formed, [Speaker of the Federation Council] Valentina Ivanovna Matvienko, who is a big fan, loves Turkmenistan very much, also conveyed the warmest words”, Mishustin continued.
He reminded that Vyacheslav Volodin, speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, is going to visit Turkmenistan in the near future.
Speaking about humanitarian cooperation, Mishustin drew attention to the fact that on Thursday in Ashgabat he visited the joint Turkmen-Russian school named after A.S. Pushkin, calling it wonderful.
