Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Conducts Working Visit to Japan

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the Chairman of Halk Maslakhaty chamber of Turkmen bicameral parliament Milli Gengesh, on Sunday morning went on a working visit to Japan, the official Turkmen media reports.

The program of the visit of the Halk Maslakhaty Chairman to Japan includes a number of bilateral meetings, including with the Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, representatives of Japanese Parliament, and the heads of some major companies.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will also take part in the state funeral ceremony of the former Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abe, which will be held on September 27.

The working visit of Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov is expected to give impetus to the further development of relations between Turkmenistan and Japan.
