Today Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of the Turkmen Parliament Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov arrived in the capital of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Kazan to participate in the celebrations dedicated to the 1100th anniversary of the adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria. This is reported by the Tatarstan media.
According to the information, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov personally met Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the Kazan airport.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov will also take part in the XIII International Economic Summit "Russia the Islamic World: KazanSummit 2022".
Within the framework of the working trip, negotiations will be held between Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. In addition, the head of the Halk Maslahaty of the Turkmen Parliament will hold a meeting with the State Adviser of the Republic of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev.
