Gulnabat Kadyrova from Turkmenistan won a silver medal in the weight category up to 71 kg at the Asian Weightlifting Championships, which was held in Bahrain.
Kadyrova became the second with the result 219 kg (102 in snatch + 117 in jerk). Yang Qiuxiang from China (228 kg; 106+122) won, Anuuzhin Ganzorig from Mongolia (210 kg; 99+116) closed the top three winners.
This is the second medal of the national team of Turkmenistan at the Asian Championship-2022 in Bahrain. The bronze winner in the weight category up to 49 kg become Yulduz Jumabayeva.
The 2022 Asian Championship in Bahrain will end on October 16.
