On November 23, a meeting of representatives of Turkmen enterprises and a delegation of businessmen from Germany was held in Ashgabat at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the German delegation confirmed its intention to implement large projects in Turkmenistan in the near future, in which transport and logistics will be an integral part. This was reported by newscentralasia with reference to the “Turkmen Logistics” Association.
The German delegation was represented by such large industrial and textile companies as Langen Consulting Engineering GmbH (specializes in logistics concepts and warehouse management systems) and A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH&Co (advanced textile equipment).
From the Turkmen side, enterprises of the public and private sectors in the field of textiles, agriculture, trade and logistics took part in the negotiations. The “Halkara dostluk”, “Tylla nal”, “Abrayly kesp” and “Yukli Kerven” companies represented the Turkmen transport and logistics industry.
