Friday Deals on SCRMET Hit Nearly $10 Million

Transactions on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET)on Friday reached almost $10 million. According to SCRMET, the total volume of currency transactions amounted to $9.947 million.

Entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates and Scotland purchased aviation kerosene of TC-1 brand produced by the Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern, with a total transaction value of $5.6 million.

Afghan entrepreneurs procured liquefied gas produced by the Türkmengaz (Turkmen Gas) State Concern, with total transactions valued at $1.611 million.

Additionally, businessmen from the United Arab Emirates acquired SN-350 base oil worth $1.2 million and cotton yarn totaling $1.531 million.

For the domestic market, local entrepreneurs concluded deals to purchase float glass sheets with a total value of $3.599 million.

The total volume of currency transactions on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week amounted to $20.59 million.
