Fraudsters lure people with seeds of non-existent flowers

Scammers have mastered a new method of deceiving gullible users. Using artificial intelligence (AI), they created realistic images of flowers that resemble cat faces, and are now selling the seeds of these “plants”. Mail.ru reports this with reference to Oddity Central.

Seeds of a non-existent flower called Cats Eye Dazzle are already available for purchase on legal online platforms.

The first photos of these flowers appeared on one of the social networks.Attractive in appearance, the plants really look like cat faces with black eyes and nose.

Previously unknown, these charming flowers immediately captivated users.The publication with the photo received 80 thousand likes and many comments.People expressed a desire to buy the seeds, and soon one of the users offered to purchase them for 15-30 dollars.

However, the chances of raising these “cats” are almost zero.

It is not yet known how many people have taken the bait and bought Cats Eye Dazzle seeds, but some claim that they have already ordered them and received them in the mail. And the packaging actually shows flowers that look like cat faces.
