Four Turkmen schoolchildren successfully performed in Astana at the Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad

Four students of the Ashgabat specialized boarding school named after S. Turkmenbashi successfully performed at the 57th International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad in Astana. Each of them brought home a medal.

11th grade student Begzada Annayev won a silver medal. Bronze medals were awarded to 11th grade students Yakup Annaorazov, Yhlas Jumayev and 10th grade student Aygul Atajanova.

The school chemistry teacher Nazar Mammedov headed the national team.

A total of 116 schoolchildren from 21 countries, including Turkmenistan, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Bulgaria, Hungary, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Austria, Mongolia, Macedonia, Syria, Croatia, Brazil, United Arab Emirates participated in the Mendeleev Olympiad.

The Olympiad was organized by Lomonosov Moscow State University.
