From September 8, transport vehicles of foreign countries have been allowed to transit cargo though the territory of Turkmenistan. Foreign drivers must have with them document, approving their qualifications, reports the Agency “Turkmenavtoulaglary”.
Cargo cars are able to arrive to the territory of Turkmenistan through the checkpoint “Turkmenbashi International Seaport”, and also such points as “Altyn Asyr”, “Artyk”, “Sarahs”, “Farap”, located on the state border of Turkmenistan.
