Finland was the first in the world to create a national soundscape. The musical composition is a unique auditory journey in which natural sounds merge with instrumental music, reports euro-pulse.ru.
The soundtrack includes authentic sounds of Finnish nature - the rustling of grass, the breath of the forest and mysterious natural noises. These natural audio elements are harmoniously complemented by classical and folk musical instruments: cello, violin, flute, national instrument kantele, guitar and percussion.
The music album Ääniä: Finland's Official Soundscape consists of 15 tracks with a total duration of about an hour. The author of the unique project was Finnish composer Lauri Porra.
