Fighter Tayhanov won the TFC 2 tournament in Belarus

Turkmen mixed martial arts fighter Abdylla Tayhanov was able to defeat Belarusian Aleksey Volchek at the Thunder Fighting Championship 2 tournament in Minsk.

The duel of two representatives of the featherweight weight lasted only one round and ended with the victory of an athlete from Turkmenistan. Tayhanov knocked out his opponent with a bright “turntable”.

Let us note that for Tayhanov this fight was first after a yearlong pause.

Fights in TFC are held according to amateur rules, but with a professional organization.

Abdylla Tayhanov is studying at the Belarusian State University.

Earlier, Tayhanov was engaged in karate and won prizes in international competitions as part of the national team of Turkmenistan.

The Turkmen athlete won the Belarusian MMA Championship and became the silver medalist of the Belarusian Pankration Championship in 2020. Tayhanov became the champion of Belarus in pankration in 2021.
