Today in the main office of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) the meeting devoted to the solution of tasks, set by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov before representatives of non-governmental sector of the national economy has taken place.
In the event head of the central board of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan Saparmyrat Owganov, head of the department of agriculture and fishery of UIET Shamyrat Herremov and head of economic society Ogul el Hanguly Malikgulyev spoke.
In their speeches it was noted that the head of Turkmenistan highly appreciates the contribution of private enterprises to realisation of national programs and large town-planning projects, home market saturation by food and industrial quality goods, escalating of the capacities which are producing import replacing and export oriented products.
The fact that President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov recently, has personally taken part in the opening solemn ceremony of at once six hothouse complexes erected by members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the country in regions of the country, also speaks of it.
The total area of these complexes makes up 35 hectares. Equipped with the latest technologies and water saving systems, they are designed for manufacture of 8 thousand 750 tons of vegetable production a year. With their commissioning about 400 new workplaces were created.
it also attests to an increasing role of the private sector in national economy, a powerful contribution of local business to the accelerated social and economic development of Turkmenistan, its progress and prosperity.
As underlined by speakers, today in the country all conditions and possibilities for development of business to which the state renders a big organizational and financial support are created.
It consists not only in the form of easy terms and loans, but also in maintenance of the favourable environment, legal and other conditions for “development” of a class of businessmen, formation of strong business community as a necessary component of market system.
Results of work of businessmen in many other spheres of national economy of the country prove that they can handle the most grandiose tasks. The strategic target is already reached put by the president of Turkmenistan: the contribution of non-governmental sector of economy makes up by this time 70 % from volume of gross national product of the country.
Building of some large scale objects is entrusted to the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs including populated areas, the enterprise for manufacture of potash fertilizers, a high-speed automobile line autobahn Ashkhabad-Turkmenabat, the first sector of which Ashkhabad-Tejen will be commissioned this year.
Among sign projects building of a new administrative centre of Akhal region where the concept of “smart” city is realised in practice.
The gathered members of UIET, heads of private concerns and companies expressed to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov a deep gratitude for the rendered high trust and all-round support from the state.
Plans of Turkmen business, are really grandiose, however the developed and constantly improved mechanisms of effective state support of business serve as a reliable guarantee of their successful realisation.
