Oil and Gas Advisor to the Turkmen President Yakshigeldi Kakayev has met with the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani.The news outlet Gulftimes reports that the meeting was held on 3 January in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
Let us recall that on 28 December a telephone conversation between the President of Turkmenistan and Emir of Qatar was held.
The sides had a previously telephone conversation on 4 October, 2017.
