EBRD launches series of free HR trainings for entrepreneurs in Turkmenistan

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is organizing a series of trainings “Improving HR management skills for regional private companies in Turkmenistan”.

The events will be held in four regions of the country in October this year.

Dates of the trainings:

The program is aimed at developing key skills in the field of personnel management and development of strategic HR processes. Participants will be able to master innovative methods of recruiting, motivating employees and managing their career growth.

The trainings will be conducted by experts from the company “Maslahatly çözgut”, who will share practical knowledge and help find effective HR solutions.

Participation in the training is free of charge. The project is funded by the European Union.
